          Shree Garima Vidya Mandir Higher Secondary School is being run by “Shree Garima Vidya Mandir Avam Samajik Sanstha”.

          This journey was started from 1988 with 100 students in 3 rooms of tin shed. Slowly Slowly it blooms and spread its fragrance  everywhere. Year after year our school was grown up with 4 to 5 hundred students every year. It was registered society on 3^rd March 2003 as a higher secondary school in the name of Shree Garima Vidya Mandir H.S.School at 32/15 Kila Road- Indore (M.P.) under the syllabus of M.P. Education Board, Bhopal with 2800 students.

 

1. Special Aims of the school :- Shree Garima Vidya Mandir H.S.School is a

co-educational school. The aim of the school has always been to develop the best that is “Talent” in children and to prepare them for the challenge of a changing world through the encouragement of self-discipline, high intellectual achievement and physical fitness.

          Shree Garima Vidya Mandir H.S. School determined to make its performance with self confidence and practical wisdom to be successful in activities they get involved.

          With the solemn desire to promote quality in education to dedicate Shree Garima Vidya Mandir H.S. School to the nation and to aspire for centuries to come. It will be beneficial to the student community and the humanity, so that quality of “Life” improve on a global level.

Building and it’s ancillary structure :- As per M.P. Board By-Laws a school needs good building structure & ancillary construction area and playground. There is ground floor to third floor construction area. The school has private building with 30 “CLASSROOMS” for instructional purposes. All the classrooms are in good condition. A indoor activity “HALL”.  It has 7 other rooms for “Non-Teaching” activities. Like- Dance Room, Art and Craft Room, Infirmary Room, Music Room, Indoor Sports Room, Digital Room for all the activity purposes.

The school is having a Computer Aided Learning Lab. The school has well managed Library with the different “Pile of Books”.

The school has well managed Staff Room for the teachers.

The school has a proper source of Drinking Water with a cleaned, hygienic and purified Water Cooler.

The school has clean, hygienic and separate washrooms for Boys and Girls and for Pre-Primary section also.

The school campus provides a Kid Zone playground for kids.

The Kindergarten consists of a big blackboard with SMART CLASS. All the side walls are painted with different visualized posters, charts and it consists many Child Friendly toys also.

• Furniture and Fixtures :-  “Stay with hopes and sit with comfort” This line reminds is to be hopeful and comfortable. It is very essential while getting education. There should be proper furniture in class rooms for students. It is also required to keep the documents of students safe and secured. We have more sufficient facility according to M. P. Board By-laws.

 

• Computer & Accessories :-  As per M.P. Board By-laws there should be 45 students in a class. So the school has available computer lab for each class. Computers are also available for office work.

• Electric Installation and office equipments and games :- There are good facilities of fans and lights in every classroom. Other means of Games are also available for extracurricular activities of students. Other equipments like D.G. Sets, U.P.S. are also available for office.

 

•  Other Activities :- All round development of student is successful everywhere in this theory, school is providing lots of other activities and Creativities to the students. From this school many students went to high post in different fields and games.

 

• Office Bearers :- The society is being headed by the following prominent personality:

 

1. Shri Mohanlal Bagora the President of the society, by profession he is a Lawyer, educator and having more than 30 years experience in the field of education. Further he is also associated with present school run by the society.

 

• Shri Santosh Bagora Director and Founder of the society, is an educationist and self mode person. He has more than 30 years experience in the field of education & administrative function. Further he is also associated with present school run under the M.P. Board Affiliated hence will versed with procedures and system of the education institute. Also he is running successfully CBSE Affiliated school at Airport Road which name Garima Vidya Vihar Sr. Sec. School. First this school also affiliated by M.P. Board and established in 1988 in this campus after getting affiliation by CBSE now is situated at Airport Road.

 

• Mrs. Rama Sharma is the Co-Founder of the school, having more than 25 years experience in the field of education. She is M.A.B.ed. She is also associated with the present school run by the society.

 

• Mr. Prakhar Bagora is the Executive Director of Garima Group. He is graduated with B.com. honors, M.B.A. (HR Finance),  M.A. in English Literature,  NISM cleared , pursuing P.hd. (Management). He has good innovative skills by which he shapes and modifies institutions run by Garima Group. He always thinks and works to implement new plans and technologies for betterment of the Students.

 

• Shri R.D. Yadav is the Treasurer of the society, his qualification is M.A.,B.ed. and almost 40 years of experience in education field. He is also helping to the running school.

 

• Mrs. Garima Ostwal is Vice-secretary of the society, her qualification is M.B.A, B.ed. and having more than 5 years experience in education field. She also having good managing skills which helps in overall management.

 

• Faculty :- In the school class XI & XII Commerce, Commerce with Computer, Science, Maths & Bio faculty is available for the students. There are Qualified, Post Graduate and B.Ed. teachers available for the students. The total no. of teaching and non-teaching staff is 110 & getting good salary. The Provident Fund & Insurance facility is also available for the staff and growing to make a gratuity fund soon.

 

•  Facilities :–  In the school, Library, Computer lab, Math Lab, Physics, Chemistry & Bio Lab with full equipments available for the students.

 

•  Classes Running :–

          In the school presently running classes Nursery to 12^th with Hindi & English Medium.            .         Attempt is being done to provide quality education to Students. In order to provide

          sophisticated and technical education and fulfill the demands of people, the society has

          running successfully.

 

1.  Results :- As school has got M.P. Board permission from Bhopal & students are appearing High School Certificate Examination & Higher Secondary Examination  & giving good results to the school as well as students appear in M.P. Board and got good percentage and got certificate of excellence and 25,000 Rs. Cash/Laptop by the CM of M.P. as well as for good result school got a certificate and 10,000 Rs. Cheque by M.P. Board. This is a good achievement of the school. Every year maximum students getting First position & overall result of High School 90% & H.S.S. 100% .

Online classes have taken the place of school classrooms, till the lockdown continues. In the recent past, nobody would have thought they will be attending their lecture and scheduled courses online in the comfort of their homes.

Technology is helping us during this pandemic, we are providing Online as well as Offline classes with 50% strength with consent letter from parents side. SGVM is able to teach, their courses without any gap and loss. Education through active learning is a valuable resource for our school to achieve our goals.
